Saunas are Finnish kiln dried timber buildings that enables the user to enjoy intense dry or wet heat. They can be custom fitted to any size and are a great way to detox and relax.

Steam rooms are "steam baths" or "Turkish baths "and operate at a lower temperature than a sauna but at 100% humidity. They are available in many finishes from purpose made cubicles to luxurious tiled.
